What I Do
I work with founders and technical teams who are already building and want more structure before things scale.
That often means:
- Turning loose AI ideas into constrained designs
- Defining before writing too much code
- Validating AI output instead of trusting it
- Designing Cloudflare-native systems deliberately
- Reducing overengineering before it starts
Sometimes that is a focused architecture session.
Sometimes it becomes implementation work.
Sometimes it grows into an ongoing partnership.
There is no fixed programme.
We take one real system and shape it until the next step becomes clear.
