Who to send

Someone who has built something with AI and now has to make it real. Getting it live, keeping it up, knowing what it costs the day traffic arrives, being able to do it again next week.

Usually a founder building their own product without an engineering team. Usually further along than they expected to be and less sure than they sound.

What to say

Use this word for word if it helps:

Matt helps people who have built something with AI make it real. He will spend an hour with what you have built and tell you the most important thing that breaks first. It is free.

What not to send

What I used to do has moved on. A lot of the network still describes that older version of me. It is the kindest possible mistake to make and it just costs us both a conversation.

If you are not sure which it is, send them anyway and I will tell you.

What happens to them

They email me. I use what they built the way a customer would, on my own, for an hour. Then they get a review back: the most important thing that breaks, what it costs them the day it gets traffic and what I would leave alone.

It is free and there is nothing at the end of it. The review is theirs to do what they like with.
