I build real software on the Cloudflare Workers stack with AI tools every day, so this is not me being precious about any of it. I live in it. But the AI and the code were never the point. The value is keeping you honest about what to deliver, helping you decide what is worth building and pressure-testing the business model behind it, so the thing you ship is the right thing and moves the number that matters.
And then we build it, for real, together. The judgment and the hands on the keyboard in one person is the rare part and it is the whole point.

Martech is where I focus. If this is already your world, you know how it works. What you have never had is a fast and cheap way to build the custom pieces it always needed. Decades as a developer and in devops, plus years as an enterprise solution architect across major martech platforms, much of it in content and email marketing. This is not someone learning to build on your time. It is enterprise-grade experience pointed at building fast with AI, grounded in the business so it moves the number that matters and not just the code. I have consulted for banks, retailers and other large organisations, most of it under NDA. On the Cloudflare Workers stack I build for paying clients today, from one major ongoing engagement to smaller projects like the ones in the table above.

Start, stop, upgrade or downgrade any time, no lock-in. Move up and the new tier starts straight away, charged only for the difference. Move down or stop and we keep it simple and fair, so you are never paying for time you are not using. Want a single build and nothing ongoing? Take a Build Sprint for one month and stop.
New and getting started? There is an introductory price for your first few months, so it is easy to come in and see the difference before you commit to more.
Prefer to pay by invoice rather than up front by card? That is available at a different price point. Just ask.
No "contact us for pricing", no friction and no games. The numbers are right here. The only question worth asking is what each tier can honestly deliver for you and that is one we can dive into together.
Weigh that against the alternatives:
- A senior engineer who builds this way is a US$130k-plus a year hire, if you can even find one who knows the AI tooling and the stack.
- An agency will quote tens of thousands and hand you a black box you cannot change without going back to them.
- With me you own everything that comes out of it, you can stop any time and you come away able to keep building yourself.
If a month or two of work gets a product live that is worth real money to you, it has paid for itself many times over. Every month you stay stuck, configuring tools instead of building, costs more than any of this.
A note on running costs. We build on your own Cloudflare Workers stack, in your account, so you own it outright. Cloudflare bills you directly for running it, separate from my day rate. The costs are usually low for builds this size, but they are real. You can check the current numbers on the Cloudflare Workers pricing page.
Can you really build enterprise software on this? Yes. Cloudflare Workers runs on the same global network that serves a large share of the world's web traffic, with a real database, storage, queues and background jobs behind it. Serious companies run production workloads on it every day and it scales from a quick prototype to heavy production without re-platforming. Security and reliability come built in, not bolted on. For the custom builds and the layer around your core systems, it is more than enough.
