Build with AI and trust what you make. Free guide, no signup

Work with me

The code is the easy part now. Anyone can point an AI at a problem and get something back, so the doing is no longer the hard part.

What is hard and what actually matters is the judgment. Knowing what is worth building, what to leave alone and whether the thing earns its keep. That judgment is also what lets you trust what gets built, not just launch it and hope.

There is a second half to that. AI made writing the code cheap and it did not make running it cheap. Getting it live, keeping it up, knowing what it costs the day traffic arrives and being able to do all of that again next week is where most AI-built software stops. That part is devops, and it is the part the AI does not hand you.

It is also the part worth learning rather than renting forever. We work through it on your own repo and your own deploy, so you end up able to do it without me. A deploy either works or it does not, so there is nothing here you have to take on trust.

Who this is for

Two kinds of people. Founders building their own product with AI, usually on their own and needing it to work for real. And anyone who wants to build this way for themselves. Neither of them with the budget that used to be the price of entry.

That is the part that just changed. Building used to be the expensive bit, which is why good software and good marketing stayed with whoever could afford a team. AI made the building cheap. What is left over is knowing what to build. That is the part I have spent decades doing for organisations that could afford anything.

So the fit is not an accident. The part that used to cost the most is now the cheap part. What is left is the part a founder on their own could never buy.

For a founder, it is your product built with AI on the Cloudflare Workers stack: something real that goes live and is yours to keep. It is laid out on Build your product.

Who you are working with

Decades as a developer and in devops, years as an enterprise solution architect across major martech platforms and consulting for banks, retailers and other large organisations. That same enterprise-grade experience now goes into founders building their own product, built fast with AI on the Cloudflare Workers stack, for paying clients today. The judgment to know what is worth building and the hands to build it.

What the work is

In practice the work has looked like this:

  1. Open sharing on this site. Everything I do is explained, step by step, in the free guides here, so you can build it yourself at no cost.
  2. Documentation your AI can read. Most AI builds drift because the system was never written down. You tell me about your build and I write what your AI needs so it stops guessing.
  3. The Cloudflare Workers stack. Custom software for when your platform cannot do something, or makes it too slow or too costly. You end up owning the missing piece.
  4. Training. I work alongside you and your team so you learn to build and decide this way yourselves.
  5. vibeCoding. You vibe it and I make it safe and scalable. You do a bit, I stabilise it and hand it back. Then you do some more.
  6. Something else. Custom work, consulting, or a second pair of eyes.

If what you need is not in that list, that is normal. It is a list of answers, not a list of options.

How it starts

We talk first. You explain what you want and we go through the ways of doing it. Yours might be right as it stands, it might need a refinement, or there might be another angle worth a look. That is what the early conversations are for.

Every piece of work I have done started as a conversation about a real problem. The answer was different every time. The first step is not choosing a plan. It is telling me what you are trying to make.

Then we do something small and real. Something immediate and worth doing on its own, so we both find out whether this works before anyone commits to more. The inspection is free. The work after it is not, because it is solving something you needed solved anyway.

Start with an inspection. Send me one thing you have built, live or still on your laptop, and I will give it an hour, using it the way a customer would with nobody walking me through it.

Then you get a review back. The most important thing that breaks, what it costs you the day it gets traffic and what I would leave alone. It is free and the review is yours to do what you like with.
