Work with me
AI has changed what one person can build. I use AI tools to build real software on the Cloudflare Workers stack and I help you do the same: get something real shipped, change it later without breaking it and come out able to keep building on your own.
Focused on martech
Martech is where I focus. If this is already your world, you know how it works. What you have never had is a fast and cheap way to build the custom pieces it always needed. That is what building with AI on the Cloudflare Workers stack gives you.
A few examples:
| Where you are stuck today | What we build | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| A webhook or integration your platform will not do | A small Worker that receives and routes the events | Real-time integration live in days, no add-on licence |
| A landing page or preference centre stuck in a clunky builder | A fast custom page on the Workers stack | On-brand, fully yours, no platform limits |
| Data sync between tools through costly middleware | A Worker and a D1 database that sync and transform | Cents to run, no middleware bill |
| A feature locked behind a pricing tier | The missing piece, built for you | The capability without the upsell |
| Logic blocked by platform rate and API limits | The work moved off-platform to the edge | No limits, runs fast and cheap |
| A product idea you cannot get built | A working version built with AI | Something real shipped, owned by you |
| Reporting you stitch together by hand across tools | A custom dashboard backed by a D1 database | One live view, no more spreadsheet exports |
| Lead scoring or routing that is too rigid to change | A Worker that scores and routes in real time | Rules that fit your business, changed in minutes |
| A quiz, calculator or interactive form with real logic | A fast page that runs the logic at the edge | Higher conversion and fully on-brand |
| Dynamic content beyond what your email tool allows | An API your email tool calls at send time | Personalisation the platform said was impossible |
| A scheduled job your platform cannot run on time | A Worker on a timed trigger | Runs reliably and costs cents |
| An assistant on your site that knows your own content | A Worker wired to an AI model | Answers in your voice, built on your data |
| A new tool with no ready-made integration | A custom connector built for it | Connected in days, not a procurement cycle |
| An expensive or slow API you call again and again | A Worker that caches it at the edge | Faster responses and a smaller bill |
These are examples, not a menu. Whatever your platform cannot do, or makes too slow or too costly, is the kind of thing we build. If your need is not on the list, that is often the most interesting work, so tell me what it is.
How I work
Four ways in, from a one-off read to joining your team.
Review
A paid deep-read of what you have built, or a clear plan for what you are about to build.
You stop guessing. You come away knowing exactly what to build or change next and why it matters most.
- A written plan that names the few moves that matter most, ranked so you know what to do first.
- A teardown of your code or your idea, so you can see where it is fragile and what is quietly costing you time and money.
- A workshop to share it with your team, so everyone is working from the same plan.
Recommended: 2 days.
Build Sprint
I come in and we build and ship a real thing together, using AI tools on the Cloudflare Workers stack. This is where the real work happens.
Something you have been stuck on goes live in two weeks and you learn how to do the next one without me.
- A real thing live in production, with the before and after agreed up front, so you can measure the difference it made.
- The way I build with AI run on your own work, so you can repeat it long after the sprint ends.
- A clean PR and notes you keep, so the work is yours to build on, not a black box you depend on me for.
Recommended: 10 days, a two-week sprint.
Partner
A standing seat for your building.
Your hardest work stops stalling. There is always a time on the calendar when the thing you are stuck on gets moved forward.
- A weekly pairing slot, so your hardest problem is unblocked on a rhythm instead of waiting on a free week that never comes.
- Shaping the next thing before it is built, so you stop spending time and money building the wrong thing.
- Review on everything that ships, so your code stays changeable as it grows instead of getting harder to touch.
Recommended: ongoing, about one day a week.
Embedded
I join your team for a defined stretch.
A whole capability you could not get to on your own gets built and your team comes out able to keep building that way.
- In your tools, your standups and your repo, multiple days a week, so the work moves at the pace of a teammate, not an outside adviser.
- A whole capability shipped, not just a feature, so the real thing lands instead of stretching across quarters.
- The way of building transferred to your team, not rented, so you are stronger after I leave, not more dependent.
Recommended: ongoing, two to three days a week.
Who you are working with
Decades as a developer and in devops, plus years as an enterprise solution architect across major martech platforms, much of it in content and email marketing. This is not someone learning to build on your time. It is enterprise-grade experience pointed at building fast with AI. You get more than code: the work is grounded in the business, so it moves the number that matters. I have consulted for banks, retailers and other large organisations, most of it under NDA. On the Cloudflare Workers stack I build for paying clients today, from one major ongoing engagement to smaller projects like the ones in the table above.
What it costs
One simple day rate: A$990 a day. No packages and no lock-in. You pay for the days the work takes and every engagement is scoped to a measured outcome, so you always know what difference you are paying for.
Ongoing work, Partner and Embedded, is discounted 10% to A$891 a day, because a steady commitment lets me plan around you. So a two-week sprint is ten days at A$9,900 and an ongoing day a week works out at about A$3,600 a month.
Weigh that against the alternatives:
- A senior engineer who builds this way is an A$200k-plus a year hire, if you can even find one who knows the AI tooling and the stack.
- An agency will quote tens of thousands and hand you a black box you cannot change without going back to them.
- With me you pay for the result, you own everything that comes out of it and you come away able to keep building yourself.
If two weeks of work gets a product live that is worth real money to you, it has paid for itself many times over. Every month you stay stuck, configuring tools instead of building, costs more than any of this.
A note on running costs. We build on your own Cloudflare Workers stack, in your account, so you own it outright. Cloudflare bills you directly for running it, separate from my day rate. The costs are usually low for builds this size, but they are real. You can check the current numbers on the Cloudflare Workers pricing page.
Can you really build enterprise software on this? Yes. Cloudflare Workers runs on the same global network that serves a large share of the world's web traffic, with a real database, storage, queues and background jobs behind it. Serious companies run production workloads on it every day and it scales from a quick prototype to heavy production without re-platforming. Security and reliability come built in, not bolted on. For the custom builds and the layer around your core systems, it is more than enough.
