How to tell if iterating is going in round in circles
A 30 minute interactive Q&A on the difference between iteration that learns and iteration that stalls. Examples not tutorials. Places are limited to twenty.
This workshop took place on Tue 24 March 2026.
Iteration that increases value looks a lot like iteration that does not. Both produce commits. Both feel productive. The difference is whether the version after is closer to the answer than the version before. You can usually tell, but it takes a few honest questions.

The workshop events are platform neutral, so bring whatever stack you are working on. With AI assisted coding and agents moving faster every week, what you are building needs process more than ever. The workshops are an opportunity to talk about that.
